| Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho on Friday sent a congratulatory message to Leonard She Okitundu upon his appointment as vice prime minister and minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
