The message congratulated the 71st anniversary of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), an important event, and the 19th anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il's election as general secretary of the WPK on behalf of the March 26 Movement of Uruguay.

It congratulated the 90th anniversary of the Down-with-Imperialism Union formed by eternal President Kim Il Sung.

It wished Kim Jong Un, chairman of the WPK, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the Korean People's Army, big success in his work for building an independent and socialist country.
