A ceremony of awarding the certificates took place at the People's Palace of Culture on January 14.

Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, made a speech.

He said that Marshal Kim Jong Un, always deeply concerned for the work with the youth, showed deep loving care for the delegates to the events for celebrating the anniversary.

He called upon all delegates to firmly uphold and add brilliance to the idea of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il on the youth movement and the their leadership feats and fully display the indomitable stamina and revolutionary will of the heroic Korean youths in the struggle for ushering in a golden age in building a thriving nation this year when the Seventh Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is to be held with the immense national pride and honor of having brought about the historic event to be specially recorded in the nation's history spanning 5000 years by achieving spectacular success in the H-bomb test.
