The April 15 Literary Production Centre published a full-length novel "Dignity" of the cycle of novels "Immortal History" and a full-length novel "May the Morning Shine" of the cycle of novels "Immortal Guidance". They deal with the revolutionary feats of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

The year saw creation of lots of literary works of cycle of novels on the revolutionary legends and 10 full-length novels.

Famous revolutionary songs were composed.

"Our Dear Marshal", "His Humanity" and "Yearning Is My Happiness" and other songs represented all the service personnel and people's attraction and reverence for Marshal Kim Jong Un and trust in him.

Songs "We Will Go to Mt. Paektu", "Let's Not Abandon Revolutionary Faith Though One May Die" and "Everlasting Echo" reverberate as marches for the final victory.

Popular among the service personnel and people are such songs as "Three Years-long War" and "Mother's Birthday".

The artistes of the State Merited Chorus staged the orchestra and male chorus "We'll Travel One Road Forever" as the marching song in Kim Jong Un's era on the occasion of the 70th birthday of the Workers' Party of Korea in October.

Thousands of pieces of poems were created this year. They included the epics "Party's Flag, Mother's Care" and "Legendary Tale about Heroic Youth in Mt. Paektu".

The Korean April 26 Cartoon Film Studio produced serials of cartoon "The Boy General" and other cartoons while feature film "Rice Plant Flower" and TV series "Shield" were produced.

Art performances were staged in celebration of the WPK's birthday in October. The joint performance was staged by the State Merited Chorus and the Moranbong Band in the presence of Kim Jong Un.

The art performance "Great Party, Shining Korea" staged by 10 000 artistes in celebration of the 70th birthday of the WPK was a great monumental masterpiece which reviewed the 70 years-long history of the great party and Juche-based art.

An art performance given by soldiers of companies of the Korean People's Army who proved successful at the 37th Art Festival of KPA Servicepersons, a grand young soldier-people chorus staged at the ceremony of marking the completion of the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station and the April Spring People's Art Festival clearly showed the successes made in the popular art in the DPRK this year.
