DPRK People Study Supreme Leader's New Year Address
Pyongyang, January 8 (KCNA) -- People in the DPRK are now intensifying the study of supreme leader Kim Jong Un's New Year Address, which calls for raising a fierce wind of making a fresh leap forward on all fronts of building a thriving country.

Officials of the ministries and national institutions set it as their overriding work for this year to fully grasp ideas and contents carried in the New Year Address.

Those of the Ministry of Agriculture are conducting the study of the address in various forms and ways, with stress put on the part that calls for keeping up agriculture as a major thrust of this year's struggle and concentrating efforts on farming.

Such atmosphere of studying the New Year Address can be seen everywhere in the country, including provincial, city and county party committees and people's committees, industrial establishments and co-op farms.

Seminars on the address are held at working sites during breaks, and people of different social strata are seen avidly reading newspapers carrying the address in tram cars, buses and public places.

TV, radio and other media have frequently reported the full text of the New Year Address or articles explaining it to help the people in their study.

Ri Ung Il, chairman of the youth league committee of Kim Il Sung University, told KCNA:

Marshal Kim Jong Un's New Year Address serves as guidelines and the banner of eternal prosperity of Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's Korea.

We are making a deep study of the address to grasp his idea, will and intention.
