Kim Jong Un's New Year Address Supported by Foreign Personages
Pyongyang, January 8 (KCNA) -- Personages of Nigeria and Myanmar released statements on January 1 in support of the New Year Address made by supreme leader Kim Jong Un.

Alhassan Mamman Muhammad, chairman of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, said Kim Jong Un's New Year Address is instilling conviction of certain victory and optimism into not only the Korean people but also other progressive people.

He expressed conviction that the Workers' Party Korea (WPK) and the Korean people will make brilliant successes in the building of a thriving socialist nation and win a proud victory in their efforts to reunify the country and carry out the global cause of independence under the wise leadership of Kim Jong Un in this significant year.

Tin Tun, director of the Myanmar Medical Research Institute, said the New Year Address made by Kim Jong Un serves as a banner to be held fast to by the WPK and the DPRK government and people this year, adding:

The New Year Address reflects the immutable will of the WPK and the DPRK government to build a thriving nation without fail with their own idea, by their own efforts and in their own way, true to the behests of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

It is entirely just that Kim Jong Un called for rejecting outside forces and holding fast to the standpoint of By Korean Nation Itself.

The Korean people will build a thriving nation and reunify the country under his leadership as desired by Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il.

The director in his statement extended best wishes to Kim Jong Un and firm support and solidarity to the Korean people's just cause.
