Over the past 30 years after its erection in April Juche 71 (1982), the tower has been visited by a great large number of people, among them 480,000 foreigners.

This figure shows how ardently the world progressives follow the Juche idea.

The world people's deep reverence for President Kim Il Sung, founder of this idea, can be felt through commemorative, valuable stones donated to the tower by more than 80 countries and international organizations.
