Mexican Personages Visit DPRK Embassy

Pyongyang, December 25 (KCNA) -- Personages of political and social circles in Mexico paid condolatory visits to the DPRK embassy in Mexico City on Dec. 21 on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

They included Cuautemoc Amezcua Dromundo, chairman of the C.C., Socialist Popular Party, and members of its Leadership, Chairman Benigno Gonzales Villasana and members of the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association and a daughter of Carnero Checa, former secretary general of the Federation of Latin American Journalists.

The visitors laid flowers before the portrait of Kim Jong Il and expressed deep condolences.

Cuautemoc Amezcua Dromundo wrote in the mourners' book:

The demise of the great Comrade Kim Jong Il is the greatest national loss to the Korean people and a great shock to the world revolutionary parties and socialist movement.

The DPRK will remain undeterred under the wise leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un, the great successor to the revolutionary cause of Juche.

On the same day the charges d'affaires a.i. of the Vietnamese and Indonesian embassies in Mexico paid condolatory visits to the DPRK embassy.
