Many Palestinians were present at the demonstrations.

The demonstrators took to main streets and called for urgent international movement to enable the Palestinians to return home, waving Palestinian flags and chanting slogans demanding the Palestinians' right to return.

Meanwhile, thousands of Jordanians demonstrated on May 13 in the town of Karama, reiterating support for the Palestinian refugees' right of return to their home.

They expressed concern over many Palestinian refugees suffering pain and held that their right to return home should be realized at an early date.
