Performance Given at Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace
Pyongyang, April 15 (KCNA) -- A performance was given by the art group members of the Mangyongdae Schoolchildren's Palace on Friday to commemorate the 99th birth anniversary of Generalissimo Kim Il Sung.

Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, secretary of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, Ri Yong Chol, first secretary of the C.C., the youth league, officials of the league and school youth and children here.

The performers represented the warm hearts of the school children across the country running towards Mangyongdae, the cradle of revolution in numbers including "Mangyongdae which looks like a flower garden" and "Beautiful Mangyongdae".

Its repertoire included chorus "Glory to Father Marshal" and female chorus "Let's Sing of River Taedong" impressively reflecting the boundless reverence for President Kim Il Sung who rose as the sun of Juche and provided an eternal cradle for the happiness of all generations to come.

They successfully depicted the appearance of the school children firmly preparing themselves as the successors to the revolution who would shoulder upon themselves the future of the sun's Korea under the care of General Secretary Kim Jong Il.
