The bulletin carried portraits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and edited with several articles, the WPK's flag and logo and photos showing the achievements gained by the Korean people in economic construction.

The bulletin in an article titled "The Conference of the WPK" carried news that Kim Jong Il was reelected general secretary of the WPK.

In an article titled "The WPK's History" the bulletin noted that Kim Il Sung formed the DIU, making it possible for the Korean revolution to advance under the banner of independence. It introduced the DIU's programme and feats performed by the peerlessly great persons in liberating Korea and building the country.

The bulletin in an article titled "The Workers' Party of Korea" stressed that the WPK has exercised great influence on the world and wisely led the Korean people in their socialist construction as a party faithfully serving the people and a political staff regarding the Juche idea as its guidelines, something different from other political parties.
