Present there from the DPRK side were Pak's party and the DPRK ambassador to Myanmar and from the opposite side the director general of political department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the director general of its department for ASEAN affairs and officials concerned.

At the talks the two sides exchanged views on the issue of developing the friendly relations between the two countries and regional and international issues of mutual concern.
