S. Korean Authorities Slammed for Having Derailed Tour
Pyongyang, April 14 (KCNA) -- Tour should not be allowed under any circumstances to serve the political purpose of confrontation fanatics opposed to reunification, observes Rodong Sinmun Wednesday in a signed article.

It goes on:

The south Korean conservative group's refusal to resume the tour is a product of its anti-reunification confrontation policy and a criminal action to step up the moves to stifle the DPRK in collusion with outside forces.

The south Korean conservative authorities are playing a poor trick to mislead the mindset of the people, floating the misinformation that the north was to blame for the failure to resume the tour. This clearly indicates that they are abusing the issue of the tour to attain their sinister political aim to realize their anti-reunification confrontation scenario.

The south Korean authorities are rejecting the resumption of the tour of Mt. Kumgang so adamantly not just to prevent the tour from being resumed but to build a higher barrier of freeze under the pretexts of "incident of a tourist," which accidentally occurred, and "three conditions," stop all the cooperation undertakings, which had been steadily under way between the north and the south since the adoption of the June 15 joint declaration, and escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen in collusion with outside forces.

The group of Hyon In Thaek is letting loose a spate of vituperation slandering the measure taken by the DPRK but the group committed so many hideous crimes that its artifice is too poor to shirk the responsibility for having scuttled the resumption of the tour.

The group of traitors will have to pay dearly for its snowballing crimes as it is hell-bent on the anti-reunification confrontation moves in disregard of the demand of the nation and the reunification of the country.
