Lee Group's Fascist Suppression of People Flailed
Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- The "Pusan District Court" recently held a trial of five persons including four teachers affiliated to the Pusan Branch of the Teachers' Union of south Korea and imposed penalties upon them on charges of the violation of the "National Security Law" for the mere reason that they produced teaching materials praising the history of the anti-Japanese armed struggle, the Juche idea and the Songun politics and supporting socialism and gave lectures on the above-said subjects at "reunification school."

Meanwhile, the puppet Police Agency is mulling setting up a new "police special task force" and building a combined drilling ground for the purpose of conducting exercises for quelling demonstrations by massive use of repressive means including tear gas.

Branding this as ferocious fascist rowdyism of those staking their fate on dictatorship and repression, a news analyst of Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes:

Those related to the "reunification school" acted justly guided by their conscience to meet the desire and demand of south Koreans from all walks of life. But the south Korean authorities punished them by invoking the draconic NSL, talking about "production of enemy-benefiting teaching materials" and "distribution." This was a preposterous and impudent action, indeed.

The Lee Myung Bak group's intensified suppression of people is a revelation of its sinister scheme to put down the anti-"government" struggle mounting as the days go by and weather its ruling crisis.

Dictatorship and suppression, however, can never be a way-out and they will only trigger off a fiercer anti-"government" struggle of the people.

Should the Lee group escalate the confrontation with fellow countrymen and strengthen fascist dictatorship, swimming against the trend of the times, they will certainly meet stern punishment by the people, warns the commentary.
