Rodong Sinmun Saturday observes in a signed commentary in this regard:

This is no more than a deceptive artifice employed by those who pushed the inter-Korean relations to total severance and the phase of confrontation to justify their acts of treachery.

The Lee group pays lip service to "dialogue and cooperation" and "co-existence and co-prosperity" whenever a chance presents itself, but they have never sounded true.

Puppet army brasshats held a "joint seminar" to kick up war hysteria from the outset of the year. It is against this backdrop that war exercises including the "severe winter drill" simulating an actual battle are taking place throughout south Korea almost every day.

What merits a serious attention is that the Lee group keeps talking about "dialogue and cooperation" and "co-existence and co-prosperity," feigning ignorance of the acts of giving spurs to establishing a treacherous fascist system after working out a scenario for all-out confrontation with the north.

The "dialogue and cooperation" and "co-existence and co-prosperity" advertised by them are, in essence, a replica of the watchwords "no nukes, opening and 3,000 dollars" which have already gone bankrupt.

"Dialogue and co-prosperity" and "deepening sympathy" and the like oft-repeated by them without uttering a single word about the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration, the reunification programmes common to the nation, are a mockery of the desire of the compatriots for reunification and prosperity and the demand of the times and an unpardonable act of treachery.

The Lee group would be well advised to stop its poor wordplay and roll back at once its policy of confrontation with fellow countrymen.

Its treacherous deceptive artifice would get it nowhere.
