Lee Myung Bak's "Human Rights" Ruckus Flayed
Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- Shortly ago, the Lee Myung Bak group set up a "special committee on human rights issue in the north" inside the puppet state human rights committee in a bid to enlist "international cooperation".

This comes under fire by a signed commentary of Minju Joson Friday.

This is nothing but a dangerous racket intended to build public opinion over "the human rights issue in the north" in league with outside forces with an eye to hurt the authority of the dignified DPRK, seriously provoke its servicepersons and people and push the inter-Korean relations to a total collapse, the commentary notes, and goes on:

As universally recognized, socialism in the DPRK is socialism centered on the popular masses guided by the Juche idea. Therefore, there can never be such "human rights issue" under this socialism. It is the Lee Myung Bak group that is beset with serious human rights issues.

Nevertheless, the Lee group keeps escalating this row in a bid to stand in confrontation with fellow countrymen to the last over the "human rights issue." Herein lies the gravity of the situation. What the Lee group is seeking is neither dialogue nor improved inter-Korean relations but to do harm to fellow countrymen in collusion with foreign forces at any cost.

The above-said ruckus is touching off bitter resentment among the servicepersons and people of the DPRK.

The inter-Korean relations can never get rid of the present catastrophic crisis as long as the Lee group persists in their anti-DPRK "human rights" campaign in collusion with foreign forces. It may spark off armed conflicts by getting on the nerves of the servicepersons and people of the DPRK. The group is sadly mistaken if it calculates it can go scot-free in this case.

The Lee group would be well advised to bear this in mind and disorganize the above-said "special committee" and stop the reckless "human rights" racket at once.
