U.S. Bellicose Forces' Attempt at Preemptive Attack on DPRK Flailed
Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- The commander of the U.S. imperialist aggression forces in south Korea, at a recent "seminar" co-sponsored by the Institute for Defense Studies of south Korea and the U.S. International Institute for Strategic Studies, blustered that the U.S. forces in south Korea would "shift the focus from the ground force to the naval and air forces" in the future. In the meantime, the U.S. military decided to additionally deploy more than ten A-10s and two MH-53 copters at its aggression forces in south Korea. It is also said that the military is mulling additionally deploying one squadron of F-16 fighter bombers there.

Rodong Sinmun Thursday in a signed commentary carried in this regard says such movement proves that the U.S. adventurous attempt at a preemptive attack on the DPRK is becoming a reality as the days go by.

Citing facts to prove that the U.S. military has already worked out dangerous operational plans for mounting a surprise preemptive attack on the DPRK together with the south Korean puppets and zealously stepped up the preparations, the commentary goes on:

The U.S. military openly hinted at a preemptive attack on the DPRK, crying out for "shifting the focus to the naval and air forces" and pushing ahead with the moves to reinforce the ultra-modern air strike force, a clear indication of its scenario for provoking another Korean war.

The U.S. imperialist bellicose forces are seriously mistaken if they think they can bring down the DPRK through a strategy for preemptive attack. Should the enemies infringe upon the inviolable sky, land and sea of the country even 0.001mm, the DPRK will mercilessly wipe out provocateurs with the might of Songun and thus remove the root cause of a war from this land.

The U.S. imperialist bellicose forces would be well advised to behave themselves, bearing in mind the serious consequences to be entailed by their adventurous provocation of a war against the DPRK.
