Pyongyang, November 27 (KCNA) -- The People for Achieving Peace and Reunification in south Korea released a statement on Nov. 21, declaring the outcome of the humiliating negotiations on sharing the upkeep of the U.S. troops null and void.

The statement recalled that the 5th round of the negotiations for signing a special agreement on sharing the funds for the upkeep of the U.S. troops was held between the U.S. and the south Korean authorities shortly ago.

At the negotiations the south Korean authorities agreed with the U.S. to increase the funds for the upkeep of the U.S. forces and use them for the purpose of transferring the U.S. military bases, thus allowing and legalizing the illegal acts of the U.S. in south Korea, the statement deplored.

It declared that all forces would pool efforts and struggle for the nullification of the outcome of the humiliating and illegal negotiations.
