On Oct. 14, the chief of the general staff of the puppet air force at the "inspection of administration" of the "National Defence Committee of the National Assembly" cried out for building a network-centered battle system, blustering that "he would lead the air force with main emphasis on giving full play to the substantial combined fighting capacity."

This system is a new method of carrying out battles as it is aimed at making precision strikes at the enemy by integrating the monitoring, reconnaissance, commanding and controlling and precision strike system through a network.

Briefing on the above-said system, the side of the puppet air force openly claimed that "the building of the said system would provide capacity to make a preemptive strike at the enemy and thus hit its core target in advance"

The reckless remarks made by him are nothing but a declaration of a war as he openly betrayed the puppet army's posture for a preemptive strike by completely throwing away the word "defence" which has been much touted so far.

The south Korean puppet army is now putting spurs to the preparations for a preemptive strike from the air, ground and sea by putting into a concrete shape the shift from the old conception of "counter fire battle" to "offensive fire battle."

All facts clearly indicate that the moves for a war stepped up by the Lee Myung Bak group of traitors in pursuance of the U.S. imperialists' policy of aggression against the DPRK are inching close to an extremely dangerous phase.
