U.S. and S. Korean Puppets' Reckless Anti-DPRK War Moves Assailed
Pyongyang, October 25 (KCNA) -- The U.S. and the south Korean puppets in a 17-point joint statement adopted at the recent 40th south Korea-U.S. "annual security consultative meeting" and at a press conference held at its end officially clarified the issue of bolstering "the defense posture of combined forces", the U.S provision of its "nuclear umbrella," the rapid deployment of the U.S. reinforcements in case of "emergency" on the Korean Peninsula, the issue of raising the capacity of the puppet forces for fighting a war and transferring the war reserve materiel of the U.S. forces stockpiled in south Korea, etc. while calling for "getting ready for emergency situation" to be triggered off by someone.

A spokesman for the Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland in a statement on Oct. 24 dismissed the U.S. and the south Korean puppets' open war confab for stifling the DPRK by force of arms as an intolerable provocation against the DPRK and a declaration of an all-out confrontation with it.

Urging the U.S. and the south Korean warlike forces to ponder over the serious consequences to be entailed by their provocative moves for a nuclear war of aggression against the north and behave with discretion, the statement continued:

What merits more serious attention is that Ri Sang Hui, puppet minister of National Defense, went so impudent as to openly let loose again the reckless remarks pulling up the DPRK.

It is hard to expect the development of the north-south relations or peaceful reunification as long as such diehard confrontational element and war maniac as Ri Sang Hui is allowed to go scot-free.

Such guy as Ri who is keen to do harm to fellow countrymen with a rifle given by the U.S. will not be able to escape the fate of a tiger moth.

The Lee Myung Bak group had better clearly understand that the DPRK's warning that it will certainly settle accounts with those seeking a foolish ambition is by no means an empty talk.
