DPRK Premier Inspects Different Sectors
Pyongyang, February 15 (KCNA) -- Kim Tok Hun, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, vice-president of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and premier of the Cabinet, inspected various sectors.

During his visit to the non-permanent central committee for promoting Regional Development 20×10 Policy, the premier stressed the importance of the Cabinet's duty in implementing the grand regional development policy of the Party Central Committee, calling for rationally distributing production processes as required by regional characteristics and specialization and completing the designs of factories in a modern way at an early date.

He underscored the need to take concrete measures for manufacturing equipment, producing and transporting materials necessary for the construction of regional-industry factories and push ahead with the work for normalizing and reinvigorating production in a far-sighted way.

Finding himself at the construction site for upgrading the Ice Rink, he called upon the officials and builders to accelerate the building project at a high level of quality true to the intention of the Party to successfully turn the Ice Rink into a multi-functional sports and cultural base for the people.

He discussed the measures for the construction units to reinforce the building force with excellent skilled workers and satisfactorily resolve the technical problems arising in the operation of various kinds of equipment in close contact with relevant organs.

He learned about the technical state of a newly-built passenger battery car while boarding the car running on trial, saying that the officials, technicians and workers of relevant units should steadily improve the performance of a battery car with high consciousness to make positive contributions to resolving the problem of public transport service in the capital city.
