The meetings took place in Kangwon Province, South Hamgyong Province, Ryanggang Province, Nampho City and Kaesong City respectively.

Officials from local Party and power organs, youth league officials, activists in displaying noble traits and youth and students attended the meetings, where speeches were made.

Reporters and speakers said that young people across the country fully demonstrated the prestige of the young vanguard in the sacred struggle of defending the Party, revolution and country and that an increasing number of young people are displaying noble and beautiful traits of devoting themselves to society, collectives and comrades.

They referred to the soaring aspiration and burning passion of the undergraduates who are determined to make a positive contribution to building a thriving nation with precious sci-tech achievements through brisk scientific research activities.

Young people are eager to do good things for the country and people while cherishing patriotism like those of the Chollima age, and youths getting married to honored disabled soldiers are increasing, they said.

Those noble virtue and traits displayed among young people are attributable to the warm loving care and wise guidance of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, who built a youth power without an equal on this land, they stressed.

They called on all the young vanguard to give full play to the heroic spirit of the Korean youths as befits the new generation grown under the care of the Party and to dedicate the wisdom and enthusiasm of youth in the worthwhile struggle for the country's prosperity.
