Present there were the chairman of the Games Committee of the ITF, officials of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee and players, coaches and instructors of the Taekwon-Do Team.

The workshop was held by way of showing demonstration performance. It dealt with the technical issues related to basic movements, patterns and sparring of Taekwon-Do, the orthodox martial art of the Korean nation symbolizing its spirit and bravery.

The workshop helped swap opinions for ensuring the accuracy of various strike movements that organically combined attack and defense and for further developing Taekwon-Do techniques.

During the workshop, executive members of the ITF, officials and instructors of the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee visited the grave of Choe Hong Hui, ex-president of the ITF, at the Patriotic Martyrs Cemetery in Sinmi-ri and the Taekwon-Do Holy House.
