Economic strength is the material foundation that makes our people well-off and develops our country. The political and military might of the country can not develop and the socialist cause can not advance successfully without the support of the robust economic strength. Independent and mighty economic strength is the material guarantee and prerequisite for the independent state building.

Another important one is to consolidate the national defense capability in every way.

The socialist construction is unthinkable without powerful military guarantee.
