Later, he came to know that the said work did not go well due to the chestnut export, and gave an instruction to put a ban on its export.

Thanks to his loving care for the people, such "special measure" as ban on the chestnut export was taken and stalls serving roast chestnut came to appear at hundreds of spots in the capital city.

At a roast chestnut and sweet potato stall in front of the Sanghung Children's Park in Sosong District, Min Sun Sil, a woman citizen, told KCNA that they are very happy to have roast chestnut and sweet potato in the city at any time.
