Attending the wreath-laying ceremony were participants in the celebrations of the 20th founding anniversary of the IMAGC, officials concerned and bereaved family members.

Placed at the grave were wreaths in the names of the IMAGC, the Korean Taekwon-Do Committee, the Committee for Aiding Overseas Compatriots of Korea and the Overseas Koreans' Affairs Administration and bouquets.

The attendants paid a silent tribute to the memory of Choe Hong Hui who dedicated himself to the development of the international martial arts movement.
