In the message the Angolan president extended congratulations to Kim Jong Un and the government and people of the DPRK on behalf of the Angolan government and people and for his part on the 71st founding anniversary of the DPRK.

The message hoped that all the celebrations for the very meaningful day in the history of the DPRK would be significantly held, wishing Kim Jong Un success in his responsible work for achieving peace and prosperity, the desire of the Korean people, and for making social development and progress.

The message reaffirmed the desire of the Angolan government to steadily boost the relations of friendship, solidarity and cooperation between the two countries and two peoples.
