Engraved on the tablet were letters "Comrade Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, visited the Russia-DPRK Friendship House on April 26, 2019" in Korean and Russian.

Attending the unveiling ceremony were personages of the United Russia Party, the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation and the Maritime Territory Administration and citizens, the consul general and consuls of the DPRK in Vladivostok and others.

The participants placed a floral basket and bouquets at the pictures of President Kim Il Sung, Chairman Kim Jong Il and Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.

The chief of the International Party Center of the United Russia Party in the Far East Federal Region of Russia said that the Russia-DPRK relations are developing onto a new high stage under the deep care of Kim Jong Un and that the Russian people were rejoiced at the rising DPRK position in the international arena.
