At the talks both sides discussed the issues for positively boosting exchanges and contacts between the courts of the two countries and creating legal circumstances and condition favorable for the development of the relations.

Present at the talks from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Central Court and the DPRK ambassador to China and from the Chinese side a vice-president of the Supreme People's Court of China and other officials concerned.

A memorandum of understanding on friendship, cooperation and exchange between the Central Court of the DPRK and the Supreme People's Court of China was signed after the talks.

A reception was given at the Great Hall of the People in honor of the DPRK delegation on the same day.
