| Pyongyang, July 3 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on July 2 sent a congratulatory message to Mohamed Ould Cheikh Mohamed Ahmed Ould El Ghazouani upon his election as president of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
