The project is to form ring-shape road with educational quarter as the center and build up bicycle way and sideway, together with the installation of street lamps, traffic lights and signposts.

Till the end of June, builders removed more than 500,000 cubic meters of earth to form 30-odd kilometer-long roadbed.

They also conducted the laying of curbstones on the road section extending more than 7,400 meters and completed the construction of more than 10 bridges.
