The chairperson of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party of Kyrgyzstan said that the WPK could vigorously advance the great historical cause of remodeling everything in society as required by the Juche idea by giving priority to ideology in the revolution and construction and arousing the revolutionary zeal and creative ingenuity of the popular masses thanks to Comrade Kim Jong Il's leadership.

The chairperson of the Tynda Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea in Russia said that Kim Jong Il built the WPK into the mother Party bearing responsibility for the destiny of the people and taking care of them and the Korean people are absolutely trusting and following the WPK calling it the mother Party.

Speakers said in a lecture held in Uganda that H.E. Kim Jong Il made a great contribution to the development of the WPK and made the DPRK highly demonstrate its dignity in the international arena and that the brightly shining DPRK as a powerful socialist country would be unthinkable without his immortal feats.
