The contest was held in Pyongyang, Phyongsong, Hamhung, Sariwon, Nampho and other areas, divided into adult and youth groups in dozens of events including football, basketball, volleyball and table-tennis.

Present at the closing ceremony were officials concerned, sportspersons and citizens in Nampho.

The April 25 Sports Team came first in total standings to win the rotating trophy cup.
