The employees of the restaurant displayed a tablet to honor Chairman Kim Jong Il, who made an undying contribution to the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations, at their restaurant in August 2015. They decided to display another tablet to hand down through generations their honor of having Kim Jong Un at their restaurant.

Engraved on the tablet were letters "Comrade Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers' Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, visited Lesnaya Zaimka Restaurant on April 26, 2019" in Korean and Russian.

The unveiling ceremony of the tablet took place on the spot on June 19.

Attending the ceremony were personages of the Maritime Territory Administration, the mission of the Russian Foreign Ministry in Vladivostok and other units, citizens, the DPRK consul general and staff members of the DPRK consulate general in Vladivostok.

The participants placed a floral basket and bouquets before the tablets.
