The message expressed the firm stand of the DPRK government to further develop the friendly and cooperative relations between the DPRK and Laos established personally by the preceding leaders on to a higher level as required by the new era.

Expressing belief that the foreign ministries of the two countries would contribute to promoting the bilateral relations by further boosting the mutual cooperation, the message wished the Lao foreign minister success in his work.
