Andre Lohekele Kalonda, chairman of the DR Congo National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee at an inaugural ceremony.

The inaugural ceremony set days from June 10 to July 8 as a remembrance period and discussed an action plan of the committee for organizing a remembrance meeting, photo exhibition, film show and other political and cultural events in the period.
