Present at the talks from the DPRK side were members of the delegation of the Central Court and the DPRK charge d'affaires ad interim to Vietnam and from the Vietnamese side officials concerned including vice-president of the Supreme People Court.

At the talks both sides discussed the issues of promoting the cooperation and exchange between judicial organs of the two countries in conformity with the favorably-developing relations of friendship between the two countries.

An agreement on cooperation between the two courts was signed at the end of the talks.

That day, a reception was hosted in honor of the delegation of the Central Court of the DPRK.
