Message of Sympathy to Russian President

| Pyongyang, May 6 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Monday sent a message of sympathy to Russian president Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin over a passenger plane accident at the Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow that claimed heavy casualties. The messages expressed deep condolence and sympathy to the president and the victims and bereaved families. It sincerely wished that the active step taken by the Russian president and government would eradicate the aftermath of the accident and bring to normal the life of bereaved families as soon as possible, saying that the Korean people are sharing the unexpected misfortune and sorrows that occurred in friendly Russia with the Russian people. |
