They included a seminar on exploits by the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia and celebration meetings by the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation, the Regional Social Organization of Russia "Borozino" and the Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia.

Attending the events were figures of the relevant units and masses.

Speakers including the chairwoman of the Party for Peace and Unity of Russia highly praised Kim Il Sung for performing the exploits in founding and developing the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

The first secretary of the Central Committee of the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation said that Kim Il Sung is the father of socialist Korea and founder of the Workers' Party of Korea and the DPRK, adding that he led the two revolutionary wars to brilliant victories.

The chairman of the Regional Social Organization of Russia "Borozino" emphasized that Kim Il Sung is the outstanding leader who made a tangible contribution to accomplishing the cause of global independence and he is alive in the minds of the progressive mankind for his exploits.

A congratulatory message to Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting held by the Lenin Young Communist League of the Russian Federation.
