The work, a speech delivered by Kim Jong Un at the inauguration ceremony of the power station on October 3, Juche 104 (2015), says that the power station which represents the love of Chairman Kim Jong Il for the youth and future is a proud creation powerfully demonstrating the might of the politics of the Workers' Party of Korea that prioritizes the youth.

It also says that the charging spirit and culture of the youth in the Songun era, the precious treasure of the Korean youth movement, were created during the construction of the power station.

The newspaper carried a photo of Kim Jong Un.
