The gift was handed over to Choe Ryong Hae, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, first vice-chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly, by Vo Van Phuong, member of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee (CPVCC) and permanent vice-chairman of the CPVCC's Commission for Education and Information, who is head of the Vietnamese state art troupe on a visit to the DPRK on Monday.
