The factory produces paints for coating cable with waste plastic.

According to Jo Hwa Min, section chief of the factory, its technical group developed an additive needed for the production of paints and confirmed mixing ratio of raw materials in a scientific way.

The factory also manufactured an extruder using waste plastic to produce packing material for cable, thus saving enormous materials and funds.
