The gift was handed over to Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, by Chairman Vyacheslav Loginov, who is on a visit to the DPRK as head of a joint delegation of political parties of the Legislative Assembly of the Amur Region, Russia, on Wednesday.
