Day of Sun to Be Marked in Ethiopia

| Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- An Ethiopian preparatory committee for marking the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed in Addis Ababa on Mar. 19. Nigatu Dagnachew, chairman of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. It set a celebration period between Mar. 21 and Apr. 18 and decided to hold political and cultural events in praise of the feats of the President for the global independence. |
