Taking part in the festival to be opened at the Kimilsungia-Kimjongilia Exhibition in mid-April Juche 108 (2019) will be ministries, national institutions, armed forces organs, working people, youth and students, the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan and other overseas compatriots' organizations and foreigners.

During the festival, Kimilsungia exhibitions will be held in each province.
