Rodong Sinmun Urges Close Watch over Japan's Nuclear Weaponization
Pyongyang, February 23 (KCNA) -- Voices for the revision of the constitution and increased military spending and nuclear weaponization are heard from the conservative camp in Japan.

This indicates that the Abe group can go nuclear anytime after giving up "three non-nuclear principles" and consequently, peace in the Asia-Pacific region will be exposed to a great danger, Rodong Sinmun Saturday says in a commentary.

The commentary cites facts to prove that most Japanese rulers took much pain to realize nuclear ambition.

Japan is a war criminal state that invaded Korea and other Asian countries and ignited the Pacific war with sudden attack on the Pearl Harbor in the last century, and the one and only country which has persistently denied its crime-woven history, the commentary says, and goes on:

Japan's denial shows its will to repeat its past crimes. As a matter of fact, the Abe group is trying to turn Japan into a war-capable country and launch overseas aggression by revising the constitution that bans Japan from using armed forces and having the rights of belligerency and combat power.

Japan's desperate efforts for nuclear weaponization aim at taking revenge for its defeat, not for its security.

In case Japan gets rid of the "three non-nuclear principles", unimaginable will be the catastrophic consequences to be entailed on regional and global peace.

All the countries that truly want global peace and security should keep close watch over Japan's nuclear weaponization.
