The work, published on Oct. 3, Juche 79 (1990), puts forward the idea that the Party's leadership is a decisive guarantee for the accomplishment of socialist cause, the issues of strengthening and developing the Workers' Party of Korea into a Juche-type revolutionary party, the basic ways of fulfilling the mission and duty of the Party as a leading political organization, etc.
