Japan Urged to Apologize to Victims of Sexual Slavery for Imperial Japanese Army
Pyongyang, February 6 (KCNA) -- The Korean Human Rights Association in Japan held an emergency action rally in Tokyo, Japan on Feb. 1 in memory of a victim of sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army who died on Jan. 28, according to south Korean Yonhap News.

Noting that Japan is denying its past crimes, speakers said that the issue of sexual slavery is the issue of human rights of women rather than an issue of history.

They vowed to struggle to get an apology from Japan, chanting slogans "Don't hurt the dignity of the victim", "Absolute opposition to denial of history", "Official apology and legal reparation" and "Don't discriminate Korean schools".
