Day of Shining Star to Be Marked by Iranian Political Party

| Pyongyang, January 27 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee of the Islamic Coalition Party of Iran for marking the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il was formed on Jan. 21. Mahdi Soli, vice-general secretary of the party, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee fixed the celebration period between Jan. 21 and Feb. 17 and decided to organize colorful political and cultural events including a celebration meeting, book and photo exhibition and film show in praise of the revolutionary career and feats of Kim Jong Il. |
