| Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the DPRK Foreign Ministry led by Vice-Minister Sin Hong Chol came back home Friday after taking part in the vice-foreign ministerial negotiations of the DPRK and Russia and the celebrations of the 200th founding anniversary of the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. |
